I am very pleased that you are interested in my product. It is important to me, that the little personal data I store is protected. OlsiTrack generally does not require personal data aside from Information you volunteer during the ordering process. With this page I would like to inform you about the general nature, scope and purpose of the personal data I collect, use and process. You can also find information about the rights you are entitled to. I have implemented numerous techical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of your personal data. However, the internet based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. For this reason everyone is free to transfer personal data to me via alternative means, e.g. by telephone.

Collection of general data and information
The pages and services of OlsiTrack collect a series of general and specific data and information when a user connects to it. This general data is stored in logfiles on my servers. With some exceptions it is not tied to any person directly. Collected could be browser types and versions, operating system, referring websites, date and time of access, connecting IP addresses and similar data. This data is at best used for statistical analysis or debugging purposes. I do not draw any conclusions about persons from the collected data. In terms of specific data, the OlsiTrack system obviously collects position information of all kinds of vehicles. I will never pass this data to a third party without prior concent. I may take notice of alerts and events generated, such as low voltage alerts and may analyse these events further to provide a better service for you.
